Join the Opening Back of House Team at Petite Edith

Petite Edith is the newest restaurant from James Beard-nominated chef Jenner Tomaska & Katrina Bravo (the husband-wife duo behind Chicago's Michelin-starred Esmé). Located at the intersection of the River North and Gold Coast neighborhoods, Petite Edith is slated to open it's doors in early November. An elevated French bistro influenced by Danish functionalism, the menu promises to blend French technique with Scandinavian sensibility in an atmosphere that is unpretentious yet elegant.

We are building a skilled and passionate back of house team and are currently hiring for:
  • Chefs de Partie
  • Dishwashers
  • Porters 
What we're looking for:
  • Strong work ethic & attention to detail
  • Excited to learn
  • Reliability & professionalism in a fast-paced kitchen 
  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required for the right fit
