Che Fico Parco Menlo is seeking a P/T Sommelier to join our team!
The Position:
Candidates should be outgoing, positive and have a strong background in hospitality and full service restaurants, as well as a passion for learning and growth. We are seeking a candidate that has knowledge of, and a desire to learn more about Italian wine and cuisine. They should provide exceptional guest experiences and continually strive to exceed guests expectations with every opportunity.
The part time sommelier will be an integral part of nightly service, focused on supporting the entire team for a successful service. While focused on wine, this role is also integral in greeting guests, assisting servers, managers, bussers, and bartenders in the flow of service. Sommelier experience and a firm foundation in Italian wine is a plus, however we gladly accept applicants with a strong background in the service industry who are excited to take on a new role.
