Job Description:

Learning and preparing Konban’s existing cocktail and beverage menu.

Running and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

Ability to create simple open drinks or specials as needed, depending on skill level.

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Communicating effectively with team members and supporting service flow.

Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.

Understanding and adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:

Previous bar or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a diligent work ethic.

Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages is helpful but can be trained.
