Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and mise en place for service.

Execute menu items according to recipes, portioning, and plating standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries while ensuring proper food rotation (FIFO).

Support fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Follow chef’s direction and adapt to changing menu items or prep requirements.

Uphold restaurant standards for quality, presentation, and timing.
Requirements

Prior experience in a professional kitchen preferred (line cook, prep cook, or culinary training).

Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques.

Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Food Handler’s Certification preferred.
