On the heels of the tremendous success Matu has had in Beverly Hills, we’re opening a new, but similar, concept called Matu Kai in Brentwood. Matu Kai is the next step in our journey to reconnecting people to the joy and benefits of eating beef.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for the right person to join our team and grow into Kitchen Leads for this exciting new restaurant. This person will join our team and go through a 5 -day training period to learn BOH roles. After that, this person will receive ongoing mentorship from our leadership team as they continue to grow.

What you’ll be expected to do:

• Set a culture in the BOH based on our core values and a deep commitment to hospitality
• Deliver prep and service with the utmost precision and excellence.
• Ensure processes are followed to produce consistent results
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation at all times.
