When: Tuesday, September 23 11am-1pm
Where: Zou Zou's (located inside The Pendry Hotel in Manhattan West Plaza). *check in with the host and head to Chez Zou on the 4th Floor.

Candidates must have:

• 2+ years experience in high volume restaurants, 300+ nightly covers
• Stable work history showing progressive growth
• Passion for hospitality with a positive, flexible and hard-working mindset
