Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team. The Pizza Cook will be responsible for preparing dough, assembling toppings, cooking pizzas to perfection, and ensuring consistency with our restaurant’s standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh pizza dough daily, ensuring proper consistency and quality.

Assemble pizzas with a variety of sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to recipes and customer requests.

Cook pizzas using ovens and equipment, ensuring accuracy in temperature, timing, and presentation.

Maintain a clean and organized pizza station, following all food safety and sanitation standards.

Monitor food inventory related to pizza preparation and notify management of shortages.

Assist with general kitchen prep and cleaning duties as needed.

Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate orders.
Requirements:

Must be able to speak and understand English to follow recipes, safety procedures, and communicate with team members.

Previous experience as a Pizza Cook or Line Cook strongly preferred.

Knowledge of dough preparation and cooking techniques.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
