Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This role includes cleaning guest areas, bathrooms, and back-of-house spaces to ensure the restaurant is always presented at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the restaurant and kitchen areas.

Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, including tables, counters, and high-touch areas.

Detail clean areas of the dining room, bar, and kitchen as assigned.

Empty trash and recycling containers, replacing liners as needed.

Maintain cleanliness of entryways and exterior guest areas.

Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
