Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This individual will ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly while supporting the back-of-house team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.

Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area at all times.

Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks such as mopping floors, emptying trash, and cleaning equipment.

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Ensure dishwashing equipment is properly maintained and notify management of any issues.

Support kitchen staff with basic prep or tasks as directed by the Chef or Manager.
Requirements:

Must be able to speak and understand English to follow instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively with team members.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
