Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Engage with patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Age Verification: Check identification to verify that customers are of legal drinking age before serving alcoholic beverages.
Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, ensuring correct charges and returning change as necessary.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and keeping track of drink specials and menu items.
Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible serving practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section
- Taking customers’ food and drink orders
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders
- Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock
- Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
- Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips
