Key Responsibilities

Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer requests and established recipes.
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Engage with patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Age Verification: Check identification to verify that customers are of legal drinking age before serving alcoholic beverages.
Payment Processing: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, ensuring correct charges and returning change as necessary.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and keeping track of drink specials and menu items.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glasses, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring the bar is organized and well-stocked.
Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible serving practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse clientele and provide outstanding service.
Mixology Knowledge: Strong understanding of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,500

Benefits & Perks: estimated 1-2k weekly in tips
