Hidden behind an fire hydrant red refrigerator door, our hidden restaurant transports guests to a world of craft cocktails, intimate lighting, and top-tier hospitality. We’re seeking a Lead Bartender who can embody that secretive charm while running a smooth, high-energy bar program.

The Lead Bartender is the creative force and operational anchor of our cocktail program. You’ll design and execute seasonal menus, ensure impeccable service standards, and mentor a team of bartenders and barbacks. This role blends artistry with leadership, requiring both a keen palate and a strong management presence.

• Creative Leadership: Develop and rotate innovative cocktail menus highlighting house infusions, seasonal ingredients, and classic techniques.

• Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging storytelling, flawless drink execution, and attentive hospitality.

• Team Management: Train, schedule, and mentor bartenders and barbacks to maintain consistency and efficiency.

• Inventory & Ordering: Oversee stock levels, track costs, and work with vendors to ensure quality spirits and ingredients.

• Compliance & Safety: Uphold all health, safety, and liquor laws while maintaining a clean, organized bar environment.

• Event Support: Coordinate private events, cocktail pairings, and special tasting nights.

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or head bartender role.

• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment.
