Position overview
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented reservationist to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for our guests, handling reservations, inquiries, and special requests with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations using OpenTable and Tripleseat
• Calling ticketholders to update them on specials and promotions relating to their shows
• Communicating guest's needs and special requests to the management and service teams
• Provide information about the venue and its policies to guests 
• Maintain accurate guest records and profiles to enhance repeat visits
• Support host and management team with guest relations as needed
