• 1-2 years Food Running experience in a 2+star rated NYT Metropolitan restaurant
• A clear understanding of service standards and expectations of working directly with the chef during service
• Good food knowledge with the ability to explain basic preparations to guests if needed
• Ability to support chef and FOH team as needed
• Basic food preparation knowledge
