The role of Tea Specialist is adaptive, combining elements of high paced barista counter flow, the retail knowledge of a specialty store, and composed tea service at an omakase-inspired tasting counter. As a small, but growing company in an emerging industry, we prioritize teamwork, professionalism, and curiosity over experience and expertise in similar roles. Kettl is a Japanese tea importer with robust business lines in wholesale and DTC; our stores are meant to physically represent each part of the chain and offer a curated experience for guests both seasoned and unfamiliar to our product.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $21.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $8
