Daytime Prep Cook

Bacetti is hiring a prep cook!

This is a morning/daytime role focused on preparing savory and pastry items across our menu.

The prep team is responsible for the daily preparation of fresh pasta and doughs for pizza and focaccia; receiving and inspecting orders; breaking down vegetables; making sauces; preparing proteins and other savory menu items; preparing desserts; and stocking stations prior to service.

As this role encompasses preparation of dessert items, some pastry background is encouraged.

The prep cook will work closely with our existing prep team under the supervision of the head chef and sous chef.

We are looking for reliable team members who are detail oriented and focused on food quality and consistency. The ideal candidate will excel at following recipes and work efficiently. We seek candidates who are serious about food, eager to learn and grow, and ready to be part of a friendly team.

All kitchen staff receive tips as part of the house tip pool, and paydays are every Friday. Compensation is $19-21 per hour, depending on experience.
