all FOH managers here run floor service on brunch, lunch and dinner shifts. In addition to that, everyone has an admin day during which they tackle (tickle?) broader projects. dry goods ordering, menu updates, light events management, heavy event management, etc. at the moment, candidates with interest in or history with events are particularly attractive.

FOH work is also available for candidates who prefer a hybrid server/manager role. managers rarely tend to eclipse 45 hours per week; we find we get the best quality of work with good quality of life.
