Breakfast Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant and/or hotel setting

Proficiency in technology systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, POS, reservation platforms, and business analysis tools)

Current NYC Food Protection Certificate

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
