Bistro Romano, 120 Lombard Street, Society Hill, is a Philadelphia favorite for 38 years, renowned for upscale regional Italian cuisine, in the Granary Dining Room, Bistro Bar, Private 120 Dining Room and Wine Shoppe. We maintain a clean environment, are team-oriented and treat staff well. We are looking for server assistants, food runners to join our team and help us create exceptional memories for our guests. We are open at 4:45P Wednesday-Sunday, last seating is 9P. Earliest shifts begin at 3P and end at 11:30P, approximately.
Our service team is the backbone of our business. We are seeking individuals to join our team who like people, have keen attention to detail, and likes being busy. You must be reliable, timely, friendly and be able to provide responsive service to create an exceptional experience for our guests.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Basic understanding of bread & water service
Table settings & maintenance
Food knowledge
Flexible night and weekend availability is required
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must work well in a fast paced setting
Attention to detail is also a must
Opening/Closing side work tasks
Ownership of your assigned section
Prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests
