Happy Monday Hospitality
Happy Monday Hospitality (home to Sonny’s Cocktail Joint, WineDive, and Grace & Proper) is looking for a Beverage Production Assistant to join our growing team. This role is a crucial part of our behind-the-scenes operations: preparing and batching cocktails, syrups, mixers, and garnishes in bulk for multiple locations. You’ll work primarily off-site in our prep facility, ensuring consistency and quality across all our venues.
What You’ll Do-
Prep and batch cocktails, syrups, juices, and mixers according to standardized recipes

Wash, portion, and store garnishes for service teams at each location

Organize, label, and safely transport finished products to venues

Receive deliveries and maintain stock of bar prep ingredients and supplies

Keep prep space clean, organized, and up to health and safety standards

Collaborate with our Beverage Director and bar managers on seasonal menu rollouts

Strong attention to detail and consistency in following recipes

Organized, efficient, and comfortable working independently

Interest in cocktails, spirits, and hospitality operations

Ability to lift and move boxes, kegs, and prep containers

Prior prep kitchen, production, or barback experience a plus (but not required)
