Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager in managing all restaurant activities, providing support, guidance, and feedback to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team committed to excellence.

Assist with managing orders, contracts, and inventory to ensure cost efficiency, reduce waste, and support operations, while helping coordinate supply budgets and vendor relations.

Conduct training sessions on product and policy changes for front-of-house staff. Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure the kitchen team is well-trained on changes in food production, product specs, and quality control.

Participate in providing performance feedback for front-of-house staff.
Who You Are:
