Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high profile, culinary driven environment.
- Superior culinary skills with a proven track record as a chef and leader.
- Proven ability to deliver superior operational performance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in culinary arts highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maintain profitability.
- Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas.
- Coordinate catering services for special events, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
Training:
Our managers complete a 6-week training program. You will participate in a hands-on rotational training program, giving you experience working with our first-class culinary and service professionals. The training is intense, and the education is invaluable!

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
