Job Details

We are looking for highly motivated, experienced individuals to join our team as a line cook inside Philadelphia International Airport!

Qualifications for an ideal candidate include, but are not limited to:

AT LEAST 3+ years of high-volume, Back of House industry experience is a must
ServSafe certification or other relevant food safety certification
Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Effecient communicator and teamwork skills
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
Must pass airport security background checks and obtain all necessary badges/credentials.

Responsibiliities for the position include, but are not limited to:

Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently according to restaurant recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station while complying with health code regulations.
Execute food prep and portioning to meet high-volume demands during peak travel hours.
Assist with stocking, labeling, and rotating inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and managers to ensure smooth service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and security protocols required within an airport environment.
Adapt quickly to changing menus, special requests, and time-sensitive service needs.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.54)
