Host

Beefbar is looking for a polished and welcoming Part-Time  Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a warm personality, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

• Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression of Beefbar
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Manage waiting lists during peak hours
• Answer phone calls professionally and handle inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with special events and large party arrangements

• Previous experience as a host in a fine dining establishment preferred
• Availability: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in reservation management systems SevenRooms OpenTable & Resy
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of light lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
