Bala Golf Club is seeking detail-oriented, high-energy servers to elevate the dining experience in our Grill Room and Members’ Dining Room. If you are passionate about "superlative service" and thrive in a refined environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Service: Take food and drink orders quickly and accurately using our POS system.
Member Engagement: Present menu options and daily specials with enthusiasm; anticipate member needs before they ask.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure perfectly timed service and eliminate lapses.
Problem Solving: Act quickly and diplomatically to resolve any service issues.
Maintain Standards: Keep dining facilities and staging areas organized, stocked, and spotless.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $18.00) plus tips
