8282, located in the heart of L.E.S, features a Chef driven restaurant focused on Korean inspired menu brought together through the owners passion for food and personal nostalgia.

Opened in November of 2021, we've been featured and recognized on Eater and deemed on Infatuation as the Best Dating spots in NYC, we drive to create a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere with amazing food & drinks. We've been featured on the Michelin Guide in 2023 and was awarded Bib Gourmand.

We are currently looking to hire an experienced floor manager.

We are a team of caring and exceptional talent who have a genuine love for hospitality. We interact with our guests closely and we strive to build genuine relationships with our guests and our team.

The traits we are looking for are:

Great communication and leadership skills
Highly organized
Possesses hands-on leadership skills
Interested in growth within the group
Team player
Interest and passion for food, preferably with an active interest in Korean food and culture
Active learner with a high ability to understand our food and beverage program
On-time, efficient, clean

+1 years of hospitality leadership experience preferred or +4 years New York front of house experience
