Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expeditor to join our team. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of food orders from the kitchen to the customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of food orders
- Communicate with servers and other front-of-house staff to ensure prompt delivery of orders
- Assist in food preparation, such as garnishing plates or assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area
- Help resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills


Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($22.00 - $24.00)
