Hi!

We are looking for a new Assistant Manager for our FISHTOWN Shop! Located at Girard and Frankford, this shop was our very first and the neighborhood is incredibly loyal to us! We do our absolute very best to take great care of them as well.

We thrive under pressure, have a blast servicing our customers, and take great pride in creating the same wonderful high quality product over and over again.

We want someone for this position who has a desire to be a leader and wants to work in management (managerial experience is a plus but not required), as well as Front of House and Back of House experience. We want someone who takes great pride in keeping the staff on track during busy times, keeping morale high, taking care of customers, staying calm and organzized during a rush / long lines, and always making sure all tasks are being completed properly and efficiently. Holding our staff accountable is a high priority as well. You would be working direclty under the lead shop manager.

We expect this position to work five days per week. Schedule is Friday-Tuesday, with Days off being Wednesday and Thursday. Weekday shifts are 545am-close, and weekend shifts are 645am-close. Open weekend availability is a must.

Between online orders and in house, it's very busy for the bulk of the shift, so be ready for that! Everyone works together as a team, and checks their ego at the door. No task is above or below anyone.

This job requires both back of house (Sandwich Making, Egg Cooking) as well as Front of House (Register, Coffee, Restocking the customer fridge) tasks.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

TASKS INCLUDE:

-Inventory and Ordering
-Ensuring that all employees adhere by our employee handbook's rules and regulations
-Handling any customer service issues / requests / etc
-Representing the Kismet brand
-Overseeing both Front and Back of house to ensure quality and consistency are maintained

COMPENSATION
Annual Salary - $50,000
2 Weeks PTO
After 3 months, Health Insurance is available with Kismet Bagels contributing 25% of the monthly premium.
