Job Details

Moon Rabbit is seeking a thoughtful and service-driven Service Director  / Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team. This role is all about supporting the team and elevating service—making sure every shift runs smoothly, every detail is cared for, and every guest feels welcomed.

The AGM will work closely with the General Manager and Service Director, providing leadership on the floor, coaching staff in real time, and setting the tone for genuine, detail-oriented hospitality. We’re looking for someone who thrives in service, leads with humility, and understands that taking care of the team is the first step to taking care of the guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a floor leader during service, supporting staff, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth operations.

  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance to FOH staff, reinforcing standards while keeping morale high.

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training of team members to strengthen consistency and confidence.

  • Monitor guest experiences and feedback, and work with leadership on thoughtful service recovery.

  • Partner with the leadership team on scheduling, staffing, and operational priorities.

  • Step in where needed to ensure the team feels supported at all times.

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of management experience in a high-volume, service-focused restaurant.

  • A proven ability to lead by example and foster a positive, professional culture.

  • Strong floor presence with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Deep passion for hospitality, with an eye for detail and a supportive approach to leadership.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement for both service and team development.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
