We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years in a high-volume upscale or fine dining kitchen

• Leads by example and motivates the team

• Is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives under pressure

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Executive Chef

• Maintaining consistency, cleanliness & quality standards

• Assisting with ordering, inventory & cost controls

• Training and mentoring kitchen staff
