We’re looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years in a high-volume upscale or fine dining kitchen

Leads by example and motivates the team

Is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives under pressure

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities include:

Supporting the Executive Chef

Maintaining consistency, cleanliness & quality standards

Assisting with ordering, inventory & cost controls

Training and mentoring kitchen staff
