Old Mates, an authentic Australian pub, is searching for a passionate and skilled Barbacks to join our team.We are in need of strong team members to join our concept and help build and maintain the value and quality of the Old Mates vision. What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of setting up and breaking down a bar at the start and end of service
- Basic knowledge of spirits and general bar components
- Basic knowledge of preparing and producing garnishes for drinks
- Ability to batch cocktails and syrups according to recipe and need
- Ability to work at a fast past while maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Ability to carry heavy weight
- Open to taking direction while work closely alongside team members
- Anticipate guests needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
