Job Details

Award winning Dante seeks professional, hard-working and capable Line Cooks to join our team. This position is for our exciting new project, Dante Aperitivo, opening soon in West Village, New York.

Ideal candidates:
-Have great passion for cooking and hospitality
-Are strong in communication, organizational and problem solving skills
-Possess a positive and collaborative attitude
-Are reliable team players
-Are always ready for a challenge and to constantly learn and improve
-Wood fire grill experience is a plus!

In this position, under the direction of the Sous Chef and Culinary Director. You will be
responsible for a station within the kitchen. You will adhere to the standard operating procedures for food quality and aid in keeping the kitchen compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $26.00)
