Award winning Dante Group seeks professional, hard-working and capable Sous Chef and leader to join the team in West Village at our new venture, Dante Aperitivo.

- Italian cooking experience
In this position, under the guidance of our Culinary Director, you will be responsible for management and leadership in the kitchen. You will adhere to the standard operating procedures for food quality and aid in keeping the kitchen compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
