Job Details

Award winning Dante Group seeks professional, hard-working and capable Sous Chef and leader to join the team in West Village at our new venture, Dante Aperitivo.

Ideal candidates:
-have great passion for cooking and hospitality
-are strong in communication, organizational and problem solving skills
-possess a positive and collaborative attitude
-are reliable team players
-are always ready for a challenge and to constantly learn and improve
- Italian cooking experience
- experience cooking with a wood fire

In this position, under the guidance of our Culinary Director , you will be responsible for management and leadership in the kitchen. You will adhere to the standard operating procedures for food quality and aid in keeping the kitchen compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $90,000.00)
