About the Role
As a Café Associate, you’ll play an essential part in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. You’ll rotate through a variety of stations, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service from open to close.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, positive attitude
- Prepare and serve beverages as a skilled barista, following recipes and presentation standards
- Handle cashiering duties, including taking orders, processing payments, and balancing the register
- Assist with food expo, ensuring orders are accurate and beautifully presented
- Support opening and closing tasks, including setup, cleaning, restocking, and maintaining café standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the café running efficiently

- A genuine passion for hospitality and teamwork
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
- Availability for flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
