Pasta Cook

Job Title: Pasta Prep Cook 

Reports To:  Chef De Cuisine

Looking for a prep cook with experience making both extruded and filled pastas. Room to teach the right person, but experience is a huge bonus here. Responsibilities include making filled and extruded pastas fresh everyday, making fillings, helping process deliveries and eventually bread making and production. 

There is a lot to learn here, as well as a lot of room to grow within the company for the right person. Pay is competitive depending on experience. 

Job Requirements include:

• Following a daily prep list
• Punctuality and reliability
• Being detail oriented and organized
• Working cleanly, efficiently and quickly.
• Reporting equipment repair and maintenance to chefs immediately
• Reporting when food or beverage items are running low to Chef
• The desire to learn and grow!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with production on large scale of filled pastas and familiarity with extruded pasta
• Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen experience
• Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual
• Great attitude, respectful and a team player
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Willing to make family meal on a semi regular basis.
