Bartender

Sirrah is seeking talented, passionate, and experienced Bartenders to join our team in New York City. We pride ourselves on delivering an elevated cocktail experience in a high-energy, high-volume environment, and we’re looking for hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure while providing warm, genuine service.

Responsibilities:

• Execute all aspects of the service bar and guest bar with efficiency and accuracy

• Prepare and serve cocktails with consistency, precision, and creativity, showcasing extensive craft cocktail knowledge

• Provide an exceptional guest experience with warm, attentive, and professional service

• Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glass washing, stocking ice, replenishing garnishes, and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked throughout service

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines

• Collaborate with the bar and floor team to ensure seamless service during high-volume shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years bartending experience in a high-volume, cocktail-focused bar or restaurant

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Commitment to hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
