We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our passionate team full-time. Position Overview
The ideal candidate must bring a strong background in upscale or fine dining, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for leadership in a guest-focused setting.

As Front of House Manager, you will oversee daily operations on the dining room floor, ensuring the highest standards of service, hospitality, and team coordination. This role requires a poised and confident presence, the ability to lead by example, and a deep understanding of guest experience and team dynamics.

Requirements
– Day and Evening Availability
– Three to Five years of experience in a NYC fine dining restaurant
– Strong attention to detail
– Impeccable taste & presentation

Key responsibilities include:
– Supporting and guiding the front-of-house team throughout service
– Maintaining smooth communication between kitchen and dining room
– Upholding and enforcing service standards and hospitality culture
– Handling guest concerns with professionalism and care
– Assisting with staff training, scheduling, and invoice management

A deep appreciation for Italian cuisine and wine is preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values refined service, thoughtful leadership, and being part of a restaurant where tradition and modernity meet.
