Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and cared for

Manage reservations and walk-ins with professionalism and efficiency using OpenTable.

Coordinate seating to optimize the flow of service and guest experience in both the dining room and bar
-
Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to support seamless service

Answer phones and guest inquiries with grace and accuracy
-
Assist with coat check, menus, and other guest needs as required

Maintain a polished and organized host stand and entryway area
Qualifications
-
Prior hospitality or fine dining experience preferred but not required
-
Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Passion for hospitality
