Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cafe & restaurant operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

• Manage and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

• Implement and uphold restaurant policies and standards.

• Assist with scheduling and managing staff shifts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in cafe & restaurant management or supervisory roles.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
