Host Expectations:
- Guiding guests to their tables and ensuring servers are seated as equitably as possible throughout the shift
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a satisfactory experience
- Ensuring dining room is properly set for guests prior to service
- Maintaining cleanliness of entrance and other waiting areas throughout shift by sweeping, cleaning windows and doors, arranging chairs, etc.
- Completing shift work (including opening and closing checklists), as assigned, timely and thoroughly in accordance with department standards
- Being a team player—supporting and assisting your fellow team members whenever possible
