A Fini Patio Bar Host has a natural warmth and friendly demeanor, able to work under pressure, problem-solve on the fly, and work collaboratively with management, peers, and the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive day-time guest inquiries
- Respond to guest emails/texts/phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cover count by confirming guest reservations, updating reservation status, and reaching out to notify/waitlist
- Prepare for service, including menu-printing and date-stamping
- Welcome guests upon arrival and warmly thank guests as they depart
- Understanding the pace of service through awareness of timing, table status, and upcoming seatings, effectively communicates to guests if we are behind on reservations
- Assist with training new team members
