Rolf and Daughters is looking for a host to join the team with full time availability!

We are a service‐driven restaurant located in Nashville, TN. We focus on natural wines and contemporary, nourishing food that is reflective of the seasons. We are a small restaurant, and aim to be the ‘neighborhood’ place that is sought out by locals and world travelers alike.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, multi-task and have strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for answering phone calls, seating guests and resetting tables. The host is both the first and last person a guest interacts with, so a welcoming, energetic and positive attitude is required.

Rolf and Daughters is only open for dinner service – the host position is a perfect fit for people who have had customer service, retail or restaurant experience.

When joining the team at the Rolf and Daughters, you become part of a small, tight‐knit family that gives the best we have to offer our guests and each other. We take off ALL major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve + Christmas, Labor Day, 4th of July and Memorial Day. We also close down the restaurant Superbowl Sunday, when we throw the best the company party in the Southeast (arguably anywhere)!
