We’re looking for reliable, energetic Server Assistants to join our FOH team and help us deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest.

• Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables quickly and accurately.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.

• Refill water, beverages, and assist with guest requests as needed.

• Assist with table setups, dishware, utensils, and condiments before service.

• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and floors.

• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow.

• Uphold Chubby Cattle standards for hospitality, speed, and guest satisfaction.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required (we provide training).

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
