Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant or hotel
• Proven grill station experience and confidence working in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and precise knife skills
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and be part of a collaborative team
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends
