Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a passion for operations, people development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role will work closely with senior management to oversee day-to-day operations, drive service standards, and support Flyfish Club’s continued reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily FOH operations with a strong presence on the floor

  • Lead, train, and inspire the FOH team to deliver consistent, elevated hospitality

  • Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation

  • Collaborate with the management team on scheduling, labor management, and service initiatives

  • Handle guest relations with professionalism, discretion, and care

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

  • Support execution of member events, private dining, and special experiences

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume, high-end restaurant or private membership club

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • A refined sense of hospitality and ability to anticipate guest needs

  • Knowledge of P&L, labor, and inventory management a plus

  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays


Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $85,000.00)
