Desired Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated NYT restaurant or hotel
• Breakfast experience is a must!
• Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability
