Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and seat guests promptly.
- Manage the reservation system and waiting list.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them about specials or promotions.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Address guest inquiries and assist with special seating requests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
