About Us:
We are a fast-paced, high-volume neighborhood bar and restaurant that takes pride in providing excellent hospitality, quality food and drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our leadership team and help oversee daily operations, staff management, and guest satisfaction.

Position Overview:
The Service Manager will be responsible for supervising floor operations, ensuring smooth service during high-volume shifts, and supporting the General Manager. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency during service.

  • Lead, train, and motivate servers, bartenders, and support staff to provide excellent hospitality.

  • Manage staff scheduling, floor assignments, and shift changes.

  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency.

  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and control costs as directed.

  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and service standards.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and continuous staff development.

  • Assist with events, promotions, and special service initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant or bar.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Passion for hospitality and guest service.
