We’re on the hunt for a Front of House Manager / Host / Maître d’ to lead the way on our dining room floor. This is a hybrid leadership and hospitality role that blends a sharp eye for detail with a love for people, pacing, and a well-timed “buona sera.”

Welcoming every guest like they’re family (the good kind of family)

Managing reservations, seating charts, and flow with style and efficiency

Leading service on the floor with poise, positivity, and presence

Supporting, training, and inspiring the FOH team to bring their A-game

Problem-solving on the fly—with grace, kindness, and good humor

Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, well-paced service

Keeping the vibe upbeat, the staff supported, and the guests coming back
🧑🍳 You Might Be Our Perfect Fit If You…

Have 3+ years in FOH leadership or high-volume host roles (preferably in upscale casual or fine dining)

Know RESY (or similar platforms) like the back of your hand

Lead with empathy, clarity, and calm—even when it’s a full house

Have a deep love of hospitality and genuine care for guest experience

Appreciate good food, good wine, and good people

Can handle a packed reservation book with a smile and a clipboard (bonus points if you’ve got great penmanship)
